Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Posturium. Please read our return and refund policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (including accessories like the massage ball and guide insert, if included).

  • A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Opened or used orthopedic cushions (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Digital products (e.g., PDF guides)

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as “final sale”


3. How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, contact us at support@posturium.store with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product (if damaged/defective)

Once approved, return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for items that arrive defective or damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

  • Include photos and a description of the issue.

  • We will replace the item, issue a refund, or offer store credit, depending on the situation.
