Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (including accessories like the massage ball and guide insert, if included).

Opened or used orthopedic cushions (due to hygiene reasons)

3. How to Initiate a Return

Once approved, return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for items that arrive defective or damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
